Have you been missing our granola? With the rising cost of ingredients and things getting much busier, it no longer made sense to continue making our granola. However, we know how much some of you love our granola! So don't fear... here is our much-loved recipe so that you can still enjoy it with our fresh yogurts.
Without further ado, here it is:
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup coconut (unsweetened)
pinch of salt
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts (add as little or as many nuts as you like)
1/2 cup grape seed oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
(Note: we used organic ingredients for great flavour.)
Place parchment paper on cookie sheets and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 30 minutes, turning every ten minutes. Take out and let cool. You will then experience the amazing fresh granola smell! Once cooled, add whatever dried fruit you like.
